Main features of our cooking classes
Sri Lankan cuisine is a rich blend of cultural influences shaped by centuries of trade and tradition. Flavors from India, the Middle East, Indonesia, and the Dutch are woven into local cooking, alongside strong ties to Tamil and Southeast Asian culinary practices. Staples like rice, coconut, and spices reflect the island’s long history as a global spice hub. Our curated culinary experiences offer a taste of the island’s must-try dishes—through hands-on cooking classes, street food tours, market visits, and the enjoyment of world-renowned Ceylon tea—all guided by passionate local hosts.
