Our cooking classes - overview
These hands-on workshops illustrate the simplicity of preparing nutritious, flavorful, and budget-friendly dishes using fresh, regional produce. Choosing local ingredients also helps strengthen community businesses while minimizing environmental impact.
- Three daily sessions available (each session runs 3.5 hours) Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM / Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM / Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Up to 40 learners accommodated per session
- Market excursion for ingredient shopping available as an add-on experience
